Among a host of others, musicians she has been associated with over her long career include composers Francis Poulenc, Darius Milhaud, Henri Dutilleux, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Alberto Ginastera, Walter Piston, Lennox Berkeley and Franz Reisenstein, conductors Anatole Fistoulari, Sir Charles Mackerras, Vernon Handley, Sir Adrian Boult, Willem van Otterloo, Constantin Silvestri, Sir Charles Groves, Sir John Pritchard, Sir Thomas Armstrong, Franz Paul Dekker, Sixten Erling, Georg Tintner, Okko Kamu and Peter Maag and pianists or instrumentalists Pablo Casals, Léon Goossens, the Pasquier Trio, the Busch Quartet, Madeleine Lipatti, Neville Amadio, Heinrich Schiff, Wolfram Christ, John O'Conor and Joseph Cooper (her mentor in Claudio Arrau's London studio).

The worldwide network of professionals she belongs to now through collaboration with her peers in teaching and performing projects and on competition panels is a valuable and reciprocal resource for students: distinguished colleagues in London, Paris, Berlin, Moscow, New York, Los Angeles and elsewhere across Europe, the Americas and Australasia have been invaluable sources of openings and guidance for her students over the years.

In all these activities, she has kept faith with the line of musicians from which she comes, from Beethoven and Czerny through Leschetitsky and Leonie Gombrich, from Liszt, Krause and Arrau, from Chopin and Zimmerman through Marmontel, Marguerite Long and Lucette Descaves, to maintain the ideals of understanding, sureness and beauty they imbued in her. As performer and teacher, she will always be looking for opportunities to pass them on to those who can receive them.
